Refund policy

At FluxLumens, we want you to love your floor lamp. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The lamp must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (shade, stand, screws, cables, etc.).

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

  • WhatsApp us at +92-300-4236553 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty/damaged on arrival.


Damages & Issues

Please check your lamp immediately upon delivery.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with photos/videos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order lamps

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders) within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank.
